How can I file a complaint about DSI?

If you have a complaint about the services or working methods of DSI itself, for example about the handling of a certification application, communication or a decision by DSI, you can officially submit a complaint to DSI. You can submit a complaint in writing to juridischezaken@dsi.nl, stating your name, contact details and a clear description of the complaint. DSI aims to handle complaints within a reasonable period of time and will keep you informed of progress.

Would you like to report an abuse or violation of the DSI Code of Conduct by a certified professional? You do so through an integrity report, which is a separate process that falls under DSI Ethics Enforcement.
